Grupo Folklórico Luna y Sol de San José State is a student organization exemplifying the ongoing commitment to the diversity of San José State University.
Students work towards the promotion, education and preservation of Mexican culture through Mexican folkloric dance.
Students have been recognized by San José Mayor Chuck Reed and the City of San José for their work in building culture and community at San José State and the surrounding area. Dancers represent a wide range of academic disciplines and have dedicated themselves to being cultural ambassadors in higher education and beyond.
